Chef Jeffrey has been cooking professionally for over 20 years. His career has taken him all over the country to work at some of the nations best venues. Beginning with The Cliff House San Francisco in the late 90s, followed by The San Francisco City Club San Francisco where he became a sous chef and began his love of catering events at age 25 in 2005. He also worked at, Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, Bohemian Grove, and was Banquet Chef for both Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa, and The Fontainebleau Miami Beach. In addition, working as Executive Sous Chef at Tribeca Rooftop NYC’s finest caterer. Before forming JP Fine Foods LLC Chef Jeffrey was a personal chef on the upper east side for years.
Jeffrey has classically trained with some of the best chefs in French, Italian, Latin, and California cuisine with some Asian influence as well.
For the past 15 years Chef Jeffrey fell in love with and has primarily focused only on catering events. He has experience in every kind of event imaginable, from small VIP high end to large scale buffets. Anywhere from cocktail parties of 10 guests to Plated events for 3000. And everything in between including thousands of weddings, action stations, themed events, birthdays, corporate and small multi course private dinner events. Serving guests from 7 to 7500 meals a day Chef Jeffrey and his team of professionals can confidently execute any event needed.
